What type of cleaning service do you offer?

We offer a cleaning service where one of our appointed cleaners will visit your house to undertake cleaning and/or ironing services

Do you fully vet your cleaners?

Yes, we have a full screening process to fully vet all of our cleaners. The suitable candidates who pass the initial interview stage are then interviewed in their own home. We take proof of ID and also references before we accept them on to our database. Following on from this we have an ongoing monitoring process for all of our cleaners.

Will I be able to meet the cleaner before the first visit?

Yes, your allocated cleaner will call to arrange a visit with you before they start so, you can make sure you are happy with the cleaner you have been appointed and also discuss what your individual requirements may be.

Can I specify the day and/or time my cleaner visits?

Yes, you can request the time of day your cleaner visits between 09.00 am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

What happens if the cleaner doesn’t turn up, or is unwell?

In the event of this happening call to the office and we will provide a cleaner to cover.

Will I get the same cleaner each week?

Yes, the cleaner you are allocated will come every time. This gives you peace of mind because you will know who is going to be visiting your home and they will know your individual requirements.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Yes, our cleaners don’t carry any products with them, we find our clients prefer to be in charge of which cleaning substances are used within their homes, and this also avoids any extra costs. Please be aware due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.

Do I need to be at home whilst cleaning is carried out?

No, our cleaners are fully vetted and are able to hold your keys. If the cleaner needs to use a key, they will have to sign the Key Acknowledgement Form.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

Yes, we have a number of cleaners on our database and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Do you have a minimum number of hours for your cleaning service?

Our minimum length of visit on a weekly basis is 2 hours. One off cleans will be a minimum of 4 hours duration.

Will I have to sign a contract?

Yes. The contract you will sign is for a three month period and from there after it will be a rolling
month by month contract. To cancel we will require a months’ notice in writing.

Are your cleaners fully insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are fully covered with public liability insurance.
